beatinluwk is a local grocery store and food service provider located at Kastanjelaan 31, 1352 FB Almere, Flevoland, Netherlands. We offer fresh groceries, prepared meals, catering services, and related products to customers in Almere and surrounding areas.

Our services include in-store shopping, special orders, catering, and customer consultation. We operate as a business-to-consumer (B2C) service provider in the food and grocery industry.

Use of Services

You may use our services for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use beatinluwk services:

Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT where required by Dutch law. Prices may change without notice, and we reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Orders and Payment

Special orders and catering services may require advance notice and payment arrangements. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards. For catering and special orders, we may require partial or full payment in advance.

All sales are final unless products are defective or do not meet our quality standards. Returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us regarding our services may be used by beatinluwk without compensation or attribution.

Our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the amount paid by you to beatinluwk in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

This limitation of liability applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless beatinluwk B.V., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

Force Majeure

Termination
